Two major virus proteins, VP2 (mol. wt. = 135000) and VP8 (mol. wt. = 40000), which composed about 85% of the total virion protein, were detected in IGV particles by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Eight additional minor proteins were also resolved., UL https://www.microbiologyresearch.org/content/journal/jgv/10.1099/0022-1317-34-3-485
