Abstract

SUMMARY

and I fragments representing 96% of the varicella-zoster virus genome, including the termini, were cloned in plasmid vector pAT153. The clones were used to derive maps of virion DNA for I, I, I, II, RI and I by molecular hybridization and restriction endonuclease digestion.
