The results show that all isolates belonged to one topotype, the distribution of which covered the entire Australian continent. This finding is similar to that of Murray Valley encephalitis virus, but in contrast to the results reported for some other flaviviruses such as Saint Louis encephalitis virus. %U https://www.microbiologyresearch.org/content/journal/jgv/10.1099/0022-1317-70-10-2819
